洪紫杰，男，中共党员，博士（后），硕士生导师，2021年6月获中国矿业大学（北京）岩土工程博士学位，主要研究方向为大变形巷（隧）道围岩控制新技术、地下工程围岩力学性能及其稳定机理，地下工程安全支护材料、无机注浆充填材料性能及机理。

现主持“中原英才计划”-中原青年拔尖人才项目1项，省级青年人才托举工程项目1项，河南省重点研发与推广专项1项，河南理工大学博士基金1项，青年教师科研能力提升基金1项，重点实验室开放基金3项。先后获得中国煤炭工业协会科学技术二等奖、国家科技成果鉴定国际先进等多项省部级奖励，作为主要参与人完成国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等科研项目多项。在《Construction and Building Materials》、《Materials Letters》、《Frontiers in Physics》、《Energies》、《中国矿业大学学报》、《建筑材料学报》、《矿业科学学报》、《岩土力学》等期刊发表论文20余篇，其中SCI/EI收录15余篇（第一作者、通讯作者），授权相关专利10余项。
